Hi babes! It’s been a while since I posted my usual healthy food inspo photos with recipes. So today I worked on finding the yummiest recipes to share with you all All of these foods below are healthy, nutrious, mostly vegan and vegetarian, tasty and perfect both when you just want to maintain your weight or when you want to diet.
Some of you may wonder why so much vegan/vegetarian food? Well mainly because I personally don’t eat meat so much anymore, I still eat chicken and very rarely fish, I eat and drink dairy products and sometimes foods containg eggs. So I can’t classify myself as a true vegetarian but when I cook I love to make vegetarian food.
If you feel just want to eat meat as well as salad, just add some for example ovenbaked chickenbreasts to the salads below and you have yourself a healthy yet protein packad meal.
On another note, I need a bit of healthy food inspo myself. Not that I eat any junkfood but I am kinda back in my sugar addiction and I really want to give my body more vitamins and nutrious food from now on.
