Throwback photo from July 2015 ♥
Hope you all are having a great summer. It’s been so quite here on the blog lately and it makes me sad tbh, after blogging for 12 years it feels like blogging is a part of me. Sadly I have not been able to update the blog as usual and taking a bit of a blog break due to health reasons. I def don’t wanna close down my blog or anything like that, I will be back! But until I feel ready to update with new content I will republish old blog posts that I feel are still relevant. After all, 12 years of blogging and over 6000 blog posts there are A LOT of good posts that gets lost in the huge blog archive that I have :)) Especially the large amount of beauty blog posts that I have written over the years! When I come back I will have a new approach on the blog as well, there are so many things in the world I want to shed light on and spread awareness. Hugs Louise
So I went through my blog archives and found these photos from about a year ago. I think this is one of my all time favorite outfits and still I have not worn it more than twice, such a shame!
I loved that bag so much but the strap on it broke so had to return it :'( I haven’t been feeling in the mood to take pictures lately but maybe this summer I will feel more like taking photos again and showing outfits!

I’ve been feeling so conflicted lately, mainly about what I am going to do with my blog. I’ve debated it over and over again in my head. One thing I have decided is that for now I will only focus on writing about beauty, make up and inspiration (mainly interior) but also health and health tips. Might even take up food blogging again!
I never felt totally comfortable with writing about my self like so many other bloggers do, maybe in the future this feeling will change and I want to share more. I do miss the days when my blog RightNow use to be totally anonymous and nobody knew it was me. This was back in 2006-2007 and it was so liberating to just write freely, not that I wrote anything particularity interesting or personal, it was just a feeling of being anonymous that I liked.
There is one thing I kind of miss writing and that is my debate post, may it be to warn you dolls about some dangerous beauty products, things to avoid or how to get rid of fake people in your life.
I used to write a lot of these posts before but in Swedish. I think it’s time to bring this back, I have discovered that a very famous skincare brand that are sold in big stores and online stores contain formaldehyde in ALL of their skin care products!! Also many big bloggers have been doing collabs with them which is so disgusting, they are getting paid to write about a brand that has a known cancerous ingredients in it. How can you sleep at night knowing you are promoting something dangerous to your readers, seriously annoys me…
I have also discovered that one of Sweden’s most famous pharmacy’s are currently selling two products (from two different brands) both containing cancerous ingredients. One of them is formaldehyde and the other one is palm oil. Yeah I think I found my calling again lol, it is time to uncovered some nasty parts about this beauty industry that actually makes people sick… Stay tuned dolls stay tuned xoxo Louise

Hi babes! I’ve been feeling a bit down lately because my health is not as it use to be and it’s been difficult to get use to. I was looking through old blog posts and just felt how much I miss London. These pictures were taken almost two years ago July 2015. Just before I took these pics I had gone to viewing for a few different flats and found one that I was going to rent.
I still haven’t really gotten use to living in Stockholm again. There is just a feeling I have that I don’t belong here and I miss all my friends in London so much ♥
You know the feeling when you’re taking a walk through your neighborhood on a sunny day, grabbing a take away coffee, listening to your favorite playlist in your headphones and are on your way to meet up your friends. And a certain feeling just hits you – a feeling that you belong there and that living there really makes you happy and at peace.
Well I never had that feeling in Stockholm but once I moved to London I felt truly at home.
I love getting to know new people and I loved that my friends were literally from every corner of the world.
Some people might say now “well you should move back and why don’t you live there” etc etc, but due to certain circumstances I can’t so I will try to make the best out of the situation. In hindsight I wish I would have blogged more when I lived in London, about my life and all the amazing places, and made some vlogs, but I guess I was too busy living :))
And I do not even want to bring up the awful and tragic event that occurred in Stockholm this past Friday. But let’s just say that makes me want to live here even less…
On a more positive note, I can’t wait for summer. Normally I’m more of fall/winter time of person but this year it’s totally changed for me. I’ve officially become one of those summer craving people that just want warm weather and sunny days, who would have thought… ;))
Hi dolls, just wanted to check in here and say I’m alive!
I’m really not feeling well and running low on energy. I’m gonna try and force myself to drink some more water with apple cider vinegar now and also some immune system boosting tea. It’s so annoying because a part of me feels creative and wanting to write here, but then I’m also feeling too drained and tired to do it. However I have a few posts I really want to do so will be posting a bit more tomorrow ♥
Also speaking of something totally different, this might sounds a bit weird but have any of you dolls been into or tried dream interpretation? Meaning finding out what your dreams really mean or what the subconscious is trying to tell you.
I’ve always been quite fascinated about it but I guess it would be quite difficult to know who is good and bad at interpreting dreams. It’s a grey zone, it’s not like fortune telling or things like that, but still it’s not exactly science that you can get a degree in hehe!
Hope you are all surviving this grey and boring Monday.
Today marks the day when a whopping two months has passed since the last time I had any sweets!!
Since New Years Eve I have not had any ice cream, cakes, cookies, no chocolate, candy, junk food meaning no french fries, onion rings, pizza etc, stopped drinking carbonated drinks including sparkling water, no full fat chips/crisp (only lentil flour baked non fried “chips”), nothing unhealthy really. And also no alcohol.
As many of you loyal readers might remember I have been complaining on and off over my sugar/candy “addiction” and I decided it was time to put an end to that.
Since my health has become worse and worse in ways that I’m totally not in control over, nothing I can change or affect, I decided I wanted to do everything in my power to protect my health in every aspects I can.
Meaning food and lifestyle choices.
I’m now following an alkaline diet which is the best diet to follow to prevent any health conditions or diseases like diabetes, cancer etc etc.
I’m planning on writing a longer post about what an Alkaline lifestyle means but I will summarize it as short as I can.
The optimal Ph level for the body is 7.3, this is the Ph level when the body will function at it’s best and prevent diseases to grow. If the level goes below that diseases can grow and take hold in the body. For example cancer cells can’t grow in a high Ph level environment. So everything that has a low Ph level I’m not eating or consuming anymore. You are suppose to eat “high Alkaline foods” approx 80% of the time and the rest of the 20% you can eat whatever you like but avoid the worst low level Ph foods. Also called acid foods.
To mention a thing that are acid; Coffee, sugar, alcohol, meat, fish, chicken and dairy from cows (soy and almond milk is OK), sodas and sparkling water are among a few things to avoid.
Since I haven’t been able to excise at all the goal with this was not too loose weight but to just live a new healthy lifestyle. However if you would follow the Alkaline diet and combine it excises I’m sure amazing results can be achieved.
If any of you dolls want too I’m happy to share some of my amazing healthy and tasty food recipes here on the blog?
Healthy food does not need to be boring <3
